Paid ads to boards

Every paid ad is a pin. The best-spending ones that link to the store's own site are matched to the boards they belong on and saved there, where they stay. Protected boards first — an ad pin counts towards the ten pins that make a board public — then the public boards. Nothing goes to Pinterest until you approve it; the seeding run then places one per run, at most twenty a day.
