Select seeding pins

Ten to fifteen existing pins per board. Never content from a competitor: that leaks conversion traffic away. This opens as soon as the first board exists on Pinterest — you do not wait for all of them. Boards keep being created three a day in the background, and each new one can be warmed the day it appears. The boards library shows how many are still to come.

P3.3.6 — Choose the seed pins

New boards get their proposal by themselves overnight, a few days before they are created — approve it here and the board is warmed the morning it appears.

P3.3.7 — Board warming

Runs by itself: one approved pin every twenty minutes through the working day, at most 30 a day, the boards a waterfall is about to publish onto first. A board goes public on Pinterest the moment it holds 10 pins, so a board created overnight with an approved plan is public that afternoon. There is no button on purpose — a button is how thirty a day becomes a hundred in an afternoon.
